What has been your challenges and how have you been able to overcome it since you became queen?
The basic challenges are on the areas of sponsorship, trying very hard to convince sponsors to support my course the travail of traveling and having to keep up with courtesy visit all at the same time. Interviews, photo shoot session, shopping for new clothes and accessories, making my hair and nails, waking up very early in the morning by 6 a.m. to prepare for a live interview by 7 a.m. in the morning.
Having fright in talking on national TV because a lot of cameras are facing me and the whole world is watching me and as an entrepreneur I also manage my business as I own a skincare brand pureglow_sparkles and produce all types of natural skincare products, body enhancement products and supplements.
I also operate a spa parlor where body massage, facials body scrubbing, pedicures and manicures are also carried out. I’m also a makeup artist and make people look beautiful. Attending to customers and also running errands for them is very stressful. I am also a student of the University of Benin, studying banking and finance. Going to school for exams, assignments, practical test also can be very stressful but in all of these I will succeed.
What would be one advise you would give the President elect, Senator Bola Ahmed Tinubu regards the entertainment industry?
The entertainment industry is the youth enclave. The president elect should invest in the youth which is the future and create financial support in the banking industry through grants and loan.
The federal government and the multi national company should support the music industry by patronizing them. The entertainment industry is the largest employer of labor that can create more jobs and business opportunities for the teaming youth. It will also enable the youth to be more creative and engaging in positive nation building hereby reducing vices and being creative as part of nation building.
The government should create better diplomatic policies to create cultural exchange between countries thereby expanding the entertainment industry and creating easy collaborations with their overseas counterpart.
