At Abia International Film Festival, Rose Ukeaja has won Best Picture Award
The year 2024 is one that will be remembered by top female Nollywood actress cum producer Chioma Rose Ukeaja as she shone brightly at the just concluded Abia State International Film Festival, where she won the award for Best Picture with her Movie, ‘Slap of Destiny.’
The movie, which features leading faces like Ejike Asiegbu,Tony Umez, Nosa Rex, Rose Chioma Ukeaja and Mercy Aigbe among others, was directed by Perekeme Odom and written by Jerry Okpan.
At Abia International Film Festival, Rose Ukeaja has won Best Picture Award.
Abia International Film Festival, in its maiden edition, held from December 20 to December 22, and saw a huge gathering of leading personalities from the motion picture industry in the country and África.
The Ikwuano Abia state Indigene came tops from amongst other movie producers who also submitted bids across different categories.
According to a statement from the organizers, Chioma Rose Ukeaja’s movie ‘Slap of Destiny’ was recognized for its exceptional creativity, dedication and storytelling brilliance in her movie.
“Your contribution has significantly enriched our celebration of the arts and culture in Abia State.”
