Mr Ibu begs Nigerians for help over ailing health
Veteran Nollywood actor, John Okafor, popularly known as Mr. Ibu, has called on Nigerians for financial assistance over an ailment that has affected his two legs.
In a video sighted by ThisNigeria, the actor revealed that he had been unwell for several weeks, necessitating prolonged hospitalization.
He said, “My name is Ikechukwu John Okafor, Mr. Ibu. I’ve been down for so many weeks. All I am hoping for is your prayers and assistance.”
“The medical director of this hospital said if the new idea does not work, the best solution is to cut off my legs. If they cut off my legs, where will I go? Please pray for me and talk to God Almighty.”
Speaking on his behalf, Mr. Ibu’s daughter shared that her father’s health has been deteriorating over the past two weeks.
She also appealed to anyone capable of assisting in facilitating this critical medical journey.
