The 9th edition of Queen Blessing Foundation widow support program, a huge success
It was my pleasure to welcome all to the Queen Blessing Foundation (QBF) Widows’ Support Programme 2024.
Queen Blessing Foundation is determined to continue putting a smile on the faces of widows around the country every year. What better time than February 14 which is Valentine’s Day to host these very special people in our society. The occasion will be used to shower them with love, make them happy with food, drinks, music, dance and gifts. After all, what will a candle lose in lighting another candle. Obviously nothing,
Life is better when you are happy but life is at its best when others are happy because of the light that you bring, Queen Blessing Ebigieson is a lady who knows first hand what it means to be poor. I was once in those shoes. If I can rise from nothing, then you and your children can achieve anything you dream of. That is why I have committed myself to making the poor happy by giving them hope that a better and brighter tomorrow is possible. I will continue to preach the importance of honesty, hard work and faith in the Almighty.
To whom much is given much is expected. I promise to keep up the good work irrespective of tribe or religion,
My sincere thanks to our patrons, matrons, friends, colleagues and social media family for their unprecedented support. It is also a good time to express my appreciation to fans and well-wishere who love my movies and always ask for more, Of course, not forgetting my one and only man who has been there through good and bad times, with such a heart to always release me to the widows on lovers’ day when we should be together. He reminds me that for us, everyday is lovers day. The widows are not so lucky. He appreciates that serving humanity makes me happy and won’t stand in the way.
I must recognize my son who as young as he is, has been my greatest pillar of support and strength. Also, kudos to my family members who have always supported me for as long as I can remember most especially my handsome younger brother Comrade Charles Ebigieson for always standing by me at all times.
Let me conclude by thanking all who joined hands to make this event a reality, Our patrons Mr Jimi Agbaje OON, Prof Pat Utomi, Apostle Prof. Johnson Suleiman, Bishop Isaac idahosa, Prof. Azeez Butali, Commodore Duja Emmanuel Effedua rtd, Mrs Tana Adelana,Mrs Chinyere Ozo, Mrs Bose Owugbu and Mrs Chinyere Nwabueze, Chairman Estako East local government, Okpella Chiefs, Okpella youth leaders, Okpella student Leaders and all esteem special guests.
