The Managing Director, Lagos Ferry Services Company, Hon. Abdoulbaq Ladi Balogun has been conferred with the prestigious Fellowship Member of the National Institute of Marketing of Nigeria (NIMN).
He became an Associate Member in 2004 and rose steadily through studies and practices to Full Membership status in 2008. Today, 10th day of November 2020, he earned the Fellowship Member of the Institute.
The NIMN is the only authentic body for marketing professionals engaged in marketing and related fields with the responsibility to regulate and standardize marketing professional practice in Nigeria.
Hon. Balogun, a native of Ilorin, Kwara State was born in Ajegunle, Ajeromi Ifelodun Local Government Area of Lagos State, forty five years ago.
He holds a B.Sc. (Hons) in Economics from the Lagos State University (LASU), PGD in Marketing from International Academy of Marketing, Masters in Business Administration from LASU and MBA degree in Leadership and Sustainability.
He is a member of various professional bodies which includes – Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Economists of Nigeria; Professional Member of the Certified Marketing Communication Institute of Nigeria and Professional Member of the Global Marketing Network, United Kingdom. He is also a graduate of Entrepreneurship from the FATE Foundation School of Entrepreneurship.
He is a strategic, articulate and multi-faceted Public Servant and shrewd C-Level Executive. A results-oriented and decisive leader with a proven ability to revitalize organizations, initiate company-wide campaigns, and capture untapped opportunities for growth.
