Bishop Oyedepo’s Shiloh 2024 beats former records with millions in attendance, global view
Shiloh 2024, themed “Ever Winning Wisdom,” has once again demonstrated its divine impact as millions of worshippers from over 150 nations connected to the annual prophetic gathering.
Held at Faith Tabernacle, Canaanland, the event saw extraordinary participation, with physical gatherings, online engagement, and television broadcasts uniting believers worldwide in a shared spirit of faith and thanksgiving.
Speaking at the Shiloh Thanksgiving Service on 15th December 2024, Bishop David Oyedepo, the presiding Bishop of Living Faith Church Worldwide, expressed profound gratitude to God for the overwhelming success of the event.
Reflecting on the remarkable turnout, he noted, “It is impossible to estimate the millions that connected to Shiloh around the world. While we can track social media engagements, how do we account for the reach of television networks airing Shiloh live on their own? The glory goes to God alone.”
Oyedepo recounted a prophetic word given 42 years ago, declaring that millions would gather to witness God’s wonders.
“At the time, it seemed implausible. Physical gatherings in over 140 nations? Over 20,000 viewing centres across Nigeria, including 225 in Lagos alone? And today, vibrant churches have sprung up across the globe, fulfilling God’s word spoken decades ago.”
He urged the congregation never to doubt prophetic declarations, emphasising, “What God declares, only His hand can deliver. Mocking the prophetic is a risk.”
Oyedepo said Shiloh 2024 shattered previous records, with attendance exceeding that of 2023 by millions, with over 150 nations connected via social media platforms, while numerous television channels broadcasted the event live without solicitation.
He added that data from viewing centres worldwide confirmed a significant increase in attendance, accompanied by stronger manifestations of signs and wonders in the lives of participants.
The Bishop attributed the success of Shiloh to divine orchestration, highlighting the undeniable evidence of God’s hand in the event.
“We witnessed stronger waves of signs and wonders in the lives of God’s people because God said so. We cannot claim credit; the glory belongs to God alone.”
Oyedepo concluded, “We celebrate the God who not only speaks but performs. The unprecedented reach of this year’s Shiloh is a clear demonstration of His ever-winning wisdom.”
