The summit aims to bring together industry experts, policymakers, and stakeholders from within and
outside Nigeria to address the pressing issue of housing deficit in Nigeria. With a focus on innovative

Keynote speakers and experts will discuss the critical aspects of affordable housing initiatives, publicprivate partnerships, financing options for developers and homebuyers, regulatory frameworks and policy reforms.
At the occasion, the organizers of the event, Harmony Gardens & Estate Development, a leading real
estate developer in Nigeria, will launch the Lekki Aviation Town, a revolutionary new residential and
