Moniepoint, OPay, Pamlpay will charge for transfer from 9th Sept., 2024.

The online banking hub Moniepoint, Palmpay, and OPay are set to apply a transfer fee of N50 for transactions exceeding N10,000.

The introduction of the new fee for electronic transfers into both personal and business accounts, in accordance with the regulations set forth by the Federal Inland Revenue Service.

From September 9, 2024, there will be a one-time charge of N50 for transfers of N10,000 or more.

“Dear valued customers, please be informed that starting September 9, 2024, a one-time fee of N50 will be applied for electronic transfer of N10,000 and above paid into your personal or business account in compliance with the Federal Inland Revenue Service regulations.”
