Southwest Youth Entrepreneurship Summit and Training 2025 Set for March 15 at Lagos

The Empowerment and Leadership Development Foundation for Southwest is set to host the 2nd Edition of the Southwest Youth Entrepreneurship Summit and Training Program 2025 on Saturday, March 15, 2025, at Lagos Oriental Hotel, Victoria Island, Lagos State.
This transformative event is designed to equip young people in the Southwest with vital skills in technology, agriculture, waste management, confectioneries, and bag/shoe making to tackle unemployment and foster economic growth.
Dignitaries expected at the summit include Hon. Ayodele Olawande, Nigeria’s Minister for Youth Development, and Dr. Abiodun Sowemimo, Chairman of the Nigeria Social Insurance Trust Fund (NSITF) and President of Cyberpedia Internet Governance. They will be joined by other esteemed panelists who will provide insights into entrepreneurship and leadership.
The summit will host 300 youth participants from across the Southwest, and training sessions will commence immediately after the event to provide hands-on skill acquisition opportunities.
