Sensational Nigerian singer, Ayra Starr, and DJ Maphorisa from South Africa will perform at the 2024 Creative Africa Nexus Weekend, (CANEX WKND), concert.
This year’s edition of the CANEX WKND will be held from October 16-19, 2024, in Algiers, Algeria.
CANEX WKND is a flagship event that highlights Africa’s creative and cultural industry.
Ayra Starr gained global recognition after releasing her hit track ‘Bloody Samaritan’ in 2021.
Other performers include Kenyan singer Sofiya Nzau, Tinariwen, a Tuareg music group from the Sahara region of southern Algeria, South Africa’s Kabza De Small, and DJ Maphorisa.
