Cynthia Morgan slams artists for snubbing Wizkid’s mother funeral

Dancehall artist-turned-prophetess Madrina aka Cynthia Morgan, has slammed Nigerian artists for failing to attend Wizkid’s mother’s funeral.
Wizkid buried his late mother, Mrs Jane Morayo Dolapo Balogun, on Friday.
The videos that emerged from the funeral ceremony in Lagos showed that it was low-key and not as star-studded as anticipated.
Reacting via her Instagram story, Morgan bemoaned the absence of Wizkid’s colleagues at the funeral.
She wrote: “Not one male or female colleague of Wizkid is at his mum’s burial. Nawa!”
Wizkid’s mother, Mrs Balogun, died on August 18, 2023, in London, United Kingdom.
