Funke Akindele appreciates D’Banj for assistance

Nollywood star, Funke Akindele has publicly expressed her deep gratitude to singer D’banj for his steadfast support for her and her Jenifa brand.

The heartfelt tribute took place during the premiere of her highly anticipated movie, EverybodyLovesJenifa, on Sunday night.

In an emotional speech, Akindele shared how D’banj went above and beyond to show his support.

Despite having prior travel commitments for another project, she revealed that D’banj postponed his plans to attend the event, demonstrating his dedication to her success.

“A big thank you to Bangalee; he was supposed to travel for a project. I begged and begged and begged. He told his guys to cut the project, and he would do this for me, and he did it at no cost”, she said.
