• The premiere, set to take place at the Swiss International Beland Hotel in New Owerri, will feature a star-studded red carpet event starting at 2 PM on 29 December, 2024.

Nollywood actress and producer Steph Nora Okere is set to take the Nigerian film industry by storm with her latest cinematic venture, “IJENWE ALA DINMA”, scheduled for a highly anticipated premiere on December 29, 2024.

The film, directed by Victor Emeghara, promises to be a compelling narrative that explores marital challenges through the lens of Igbo cultural traditions. Produced by Afrovision Studios, the movie features an impressive ensemble cast including Vitalis Ndubuisi, Vincent Opurum, Nneoma Ukpabi, and Francis Nwafor.

Set against the backdrop of Imerienwe, Ngor Okpala in Imo State, the indigenous Igbo-language film follows a married couple’s journey of healing and reconciliation during an annual peace festival. The production, entirely shot on location, offers audiences an intimate portrayal of local lifestyle and cultural heritage.

The premiere, set to take place at the Swiss International Beland Hotel in New Owerri, will feature a star-studded red carpet event starting at 2 PM. Attendees are encouraged to dress in glamorous or traditional Igbo attire and can follow the excitement using the hashtag #IjenweAlaDinmaPremiere.

A highlight of the event will include a performance by the legendary Ogbarigbo Ghari dance troupe, adding an authentic cultural dimension to the premiere.
