Hilda Baci shares video evidence on why she’s yet to receive GWR certificate

The current holder of the Guinness World Record (GWR) for marathon cooking, Hilda Effiong Bassey, popularly known as Hilda Baci, has uploaded a video to support her claim that she has not yet received certification from the organizer of the competition.
The Nigerian chef, who won the “Jollof Faceoff’ competition, in her post noted that or the Guinness World Record’s approval, they are still uploading the “evidence footage” from Hilda’s cooking marathon.

She displayed some of her “video evidence” of the marathon on screen and identified the men who assisted her with the calculations and upload to the Guinness World Records portal.
In her words: “2 days in uploading evidence footage for Guinness world record approval. 100 hours file is extremely large, we are trying to do this in record time”.
Apparently, the Guinness World Record cannot officially approve her record breaking cook-a-thon without first reviewing all the evidence.
Apple’s Bite reports that Hilda hails from Nsit Ubium Local Government Area of Akwa Ibom, Nigeria. She was born on 20 September, 1996. She graduated with a degree in sociology from Madonna University, Okija. She was the host for “Dine on A Budget” on Pop Central TV, Dstv Channel 189.
