Babatunde Anjorin popularly known by his brand name Anjoreen Couture has joined hundreds of Nigerians who have reached out to different categories of people in distribution of preventive measures against Covid-19 pandemic.
This time, Anjoreen foundation in collaboration with Prince Ned Nwoko foundation, took to the streets of Lagos in Obalende axis to disburse face masks to young children.
In a brief chat with our reporter, the Award-winning fashion designer stated that his decision to distribute the relief items was hinged on the need to ensure that every Nigerian gets personal protective equipment against the pandemic.
“I thought of giving back to the society especially the children in this Period of pandemic so I decided that face masks and hand sanitizers should be given to children free of charge and I was able to do this with the support of friends and particularly, Prince Ned Nwoko foundation”
Anjoreen was the first Nigerian fashion designer to showcase at Ottawa fashion week in Canada, he has showcase Africa design at New York fashion week and Washington DC fashion week in USA. He has won Best designer of the year and Most Creative Designer of the year.
